Seriously what the hell is this shit? No jibbing or bonking stuff outside the terrain park?
I’m all for jibbing and bonking anything. Plus what actually constitutes resort property? Trees, rocks, yetis, etc. etc? Last time I checked Keystone operated under a forest service license, that would hence make said objects property of the people. Now I can understand snowmobiles, snow guns, those gay ass slow signs, etc. etc. But at the cost of a day ticket being what like 70 something bucks and a seasons pass being in the 540ish range you would think they could afford to replace shit if it did get destroyed.
So the big question is how much trouble will we get in for jibbing trees, fallen trees, and rocks? Realistically the vast majority of the damage will only happen to your board. Now according to that code on the back of my pass skiing and snowboarding can cause damage to my gear and I’m responsible for it. No shit I’m responsible for it, I saw the fucking rock and I jibbed it, now I have to deal with a giant ass gouge in my board.
I can’t wait for the first fucking douche bag rent a patroller that thinks he can power trip on me. It happened last year and I put the guy in his place. Needless to say I’ll be sure to keep everyone posted on this bull shit.
