I broke the same leg (front leg) twice skateboarding (@17 & @27 yrs). Now @ 44 I notice my foot can become numb. I follow all your suggestions but I never thought to remove stock insoles.

    Any brands you recommend? Superfeet?

Also, I find if I tighten my bindings one click too tight my foot can become more numb. Any ticks to tightening bindings the correct way? Thanks.

Get the insoles first then worry about the ratchet tightness later. Superfeet are OK I’m a fan of Remind, but Shred Soles also work as well as DFP.
