Conditions: A mix of bluebird skies with the occasional cloud, low to moderate winds, warmer temps, firm fast corduroy, creamy corduroy, slush, chunder, and ice.
Flex: This has that playful middle of the road park flex that’s predictable. Softer tips, stiffening up through the middle of the board, with a lot of torsional flex.
Stability: This board is lively which means it’s moderately stable. You get chatter in the tips that does resonate under foot where you feel it. In really rutted out terrain it also gets knocked around from time to time so keep those knees bent.
Ollies: The camber profile is easy to load up on this board and get it to engage for solid snap. This is a board that wants to get in the air and does so with relative ease. What you put in for the load of the camber you get double back.
Pop On Jumps: This board is fully at home on jumps whether small, medium, or large. It just pops off the lip with ease and gets in the air. This is a really easy board to ride for any type of jump.
Butterability: That softer nose with that ever so slight rocker section gives an optimal platform to lock into presses. It takes very little effort and there’s hardly any rebound from it to fight you. So go swivel and sizzle.
Jibbing: The flex points in the tips are easy to engage and that locks into that softer nose and tail. You can just hover your weight slightly outside the bindings and it will press with ease but still retain the snap out of the board for when you get to the end of the feature. When you go sideways it fully cradles the feature and wraps around it feeling locked in.
Carving: The EQ Rad Sidecut isn’t the most grippy on straight ice so be aware of that. But riding it in any other condition it locks in and feels secure. There’s a quick and nimble edge to edge transmission that lets you zip around the park or mountain doing mellow set up carves or medium carves. When you really rail this board it does let you get it over on edge but does have limitations.
Rider in Mind: Full blown freestyle rider.
Personal Thoughts: This board is slightly less snappy and stiff as the Huck Knife Pro but you’re really splitting hairs. I rode them back to back and the differences are so negligible that most people won’t notice it. Overall it’s a well balanced park board that doesn’t suck.

First of all, big thank you on advising me with my previous board selection. It’s a ride berzerker and it’s absolutely like you have described and it’s a fucking great all-mountain board!
So I come to you for another advice: this or ride zero for learning buttering, doing medium to high jumps with spins and maybe a little bit of jibbing (I’m turning 37 this year and don’t want to die learning how to do rails). Not sure if this matters, but I’m 6.2 200lbs with 12 size shoes.

I’d go with this for what you’re describing. Zero will probably be too soft.
