That’s it That’s all review
So tonight was the Denver premier of That’s it That’s all. I had previously tried to book tickets online but evidently my credit card company and ticket web do not mesh well and thus I got screwed in the anus on that so I had to go down there and buy mine before the show. Tons of snow bro’s and slutty ho’s running around down there, which is nice when you’re coming down from Man land.
Movie started late which is typical, and I’m not sure who the hell the announcer was but someone needed to let a monkey with aids skull fuck him. The opener was hilarious just a redneck going off on all the people talking trash about the flick, that was classy and caught my attention.
I’d have to say the banger trick of the movie was the triple cork, Travis did it and I think snowboarding has probably changed because of it. Jeremy Jones has some cool descents that were fairly burly. The movie definitely kept my attention but it seemed to be slightly lacking something and I couldn’t place it.
Pro: Seeing Travis give a shout out to Guch and a lot of people that helped him become who he is today. All the nature shots were really good as well. Seeing the various angles of the tricks performed was good. Lots of double corks and of course seeing the triple cork. Travis sense of humor is priceless, there’s one sequence that reminds me of Willow where they ride the shield down the side of the mountain. The level of tree bonking was insane and taken to a whole new level. Sound track wasn’t crap which is a huge bonus. The travel they did for this film was great and the locations for all the crazy ass backcountry was insane.
Cons: Not enough of the other riders, granted its Travis’s movie but we need more Mueller. Some angles were a bit over done.
Will I be buying this movie? Most definitely it is still a great ass flick.
Check out some of the teasers and trailers for it.
