Hanging At Summer Camp
Summer camp just isn’t for kids! What? Yes that’s right summer snowboard camp just isn’t for the kiddies these days. There’s plenty of snow sliding action for the often forgotten group of snowboarders that are adults. So why are you sitting around bummed that it’s summer and you can’t shred? You make money, you like to shred, and you definitely deserve a vacation. Well here’s a summer shred camp we’re backing big time.
Woodward at Copper the newest summer snowboard camp in the United States has an adult session June 14th to the 18th right in the heart of the Colorado Rockies. Best of all this website is an official sponsor of that session. So ever wanted proof that I can snowboard maybe this could be your chance and learn some new shred skills while you’re at it. Yes I know it’s too good to be true and this sounds like a blatant advertorial, well it’s not, I’m just here to promote the stoke of shredding that this camp can give you along with some shameless self promotion. So what’s in store for a couple days at camp? It’s Colorado so you can expect sunshine and free hi-fives regardless. Add to that this has been the winter that won’t end here and Woodward just hired Jason George the former park manager for Keystones award winning Area 51 Terrain Park you know the park is going to be going off. But the on-snow isn’t the only amazing aspect of going to Woodward their indoor aerial stunt flipping facility is the premier fun factory in the world. Oh but it gets better who likes to win snowboard gear? I know just about everyone does. Well guess what, I’ve got prizes for days to give out to you guys and you could walk away with a new stunt stick, goggles, bindings, and numerous other things. So who says free stuff is just for the kiddies this is for you guys that paid your dues.
Like hanging out with pro riders? Well I’ve invited a few of my friends to come be guest athletes and rub elbows with you. For the ladies Erika “The Viking” Vikander is going to be on hand to show you how to throw Cab 720′s. She’s also bringing a snowboard from her sponsor Niche Snowboards to give away to one lucky lady. Scott See from the Ride With Us webseries said he should be on hand but hasn’t totally confirmed his presence, but if he’s there expect him to do stupid human stunt tricks and probably a double cork or two. Add to Scotts presence his cohort in crime Steven Waters from SixEleven Productions and their motley crew who will be up filming a webisode for SixEleven Sundays
