Day 2 SIA mid day report

Day two started out with a waking up before the sunrise. Seeing as everyone else around me was probably just passing out I’d say I’m slightly ahead of the game. Now if only I could find some free food, yes I’m cheap.
So I have to say the Mission Six/Monix shit is looking pretty solid, even their “pricepoint” gear. Styles for everyone with varying fits, plus Bibs! I think Bibs are going to be one of the hot “new” old trends next season.
Omatic explained to me how the wiggle stick works and the technology behind it. It’s not as much like Bataleons TBT as I thought. Very intrigued to give it a rideand see how it works.
Quote of the day from Option,”yes we have a rocker, its not very defined like some, and I personally don’t like the way it rides, but I understand why the kids like it, besides it’ll probably be gone in a couple years!” Interesting observation on his part, I think differently.
DC stuff changes so drastically for next season as well. Boots go to a 1 to 1 lasting, no more moon boot look, very sleek. Liners don’t look like shit anymore. Their speed lacing system still a joke in my book, but hey its not as bad as this current years season.
Met up with Mascha the P.R person from Shred Union, cool chick for sure. Everyone should check out what they have going on over there for social networking, its in its infancy but has an easy style and flow to it.,

Small favour to ask tough, would it be possible to take a few pictures of the DC line next year especially the boards.
my prediction: rocker will thrive then shrink in about 3 years and then be relaunched as “new and exciting” 10 years from now.
