Big Brother is watching you

This made me laugh just a bit when I read it.  Evidently Copper who is part of Intrachode and heading straight down the crapper has decided to place GPS systems on the kiddies in the ski school.  Now you can see where little Timmy is at all times.

The real-time GPS tracking provided by flaik™ includes a small, lightweight device that straps to children’s arms and utilizes a Global Positioning System and cellular communications to track kid’s location and progress on the slopes, and to provide superior safety and peace of mind. In addition, parents can learn about their children’s lesson experience in the complementary parent orientations, which begin shortly after kids begin their Ski and Ride School day.

Now if this just isn’t a tad bit freaky.  Next Vail will be implementing these gps systems into their season passes so we can have all our movements tracked.  Great now when I duck a rope some fat fuck behind a computer screen will be able to alert those fuck sticks in the yellow jackets about my shenanigans.  Next they’ll probably hook up anything we can bonk to electricity so you can do bonk to electric boogaloo out.

Seriously has it gotten this bad that we need to have GPS on the kids?  Granted if you were a child predator a ski resort would probably be the best place to perform a snatch and grab, but come on.  Let alone how the fuck does it track their progress is it like oh little Timmy learned how to do french fries from the pizza wedge?

My theory is if I had a little snot nosed brat I’d dump them in ski school so I could go have fun and not know what they’re doing.  It makes my life just that much better.  Then again kids suck and its all about me.

But really how much did they spend on these gps systems?  Intrawest isn’t doing so hot and I’m guessing they had to lay more people off to pay for this fucking endeavor.  Woo hoo your kid is safe but we don’t have enough liftees to open the whole mountain.

last year copper had a GPS thing that tracked how many runs you did… I wonder if no one cared so they’re remarketing it to track your kid instead.

Hey Angry Snowboarder, I’m flying into Denver in a week with my mom (she has a business trip) and am going to hit up loveland. My mom said she would get me new boots. I was looking at the K2 T1 DB like you have. What shop do you work at? I’d love to have you fit me up for some boots as I have trouble with my feet having a high arch. -Brent

lol, i hate copper mtn. 2 years ago we dumped my lil bro into snowboard school and those dumbasses let him get his board stuck on the conveyor belt surface lift. he got his nose stuck in a crevice and it twisted his tibia around until it effing broke. all they had to do was hit the stop button and my brother wouldn’t of had 6 months of his life ruined. i hope copper goes under those dumbfucks.
