So another year comes to an end and we aimlessly lumber along towards the fate that awaits us in the year 2012. With all this talk about the future, end of the world, global cooling, and what have you I felt it’s time to take a look back at the year that was. Yes everyone else is doing it and so will this site too.So what did the year that was 2009 hold in the form of significance? Well for starters there was a major site overhaul that shuffled in a new look that is far more professional and less like a middle -schooler built it in some basic computer programming class. With the new look one thing remained the same and that was a lack of advertising, at this point the site still remains ad free. Will it always be this way? Who honestly knows because money definitely makes the world go round so there is potential for that. The next big thing was being approached by the Open Sky Project about becoming a shop keeper, the responses from you guys were amazing on how encouraging you were for me to step up and do this. While nothing is finalized it is definitely something that is more than likely going to happen.

On the content side of things everyone has been stoked with the free movies, teasers, Powder and Rails episodes, interviews, reviews, and original content. These are all things that will continue to be presented to you through the site, especially the original content as I find more people come to read that due to the lack of censorship that is placed on me.

So what will be happening for 2010? Well Hal won’t be taking over the site and trying to kill me so that means more of the original content, interviews with various people in the shred world, SIA, and more product previews and reviews.
