1 Year Anniversary

Just over a year ago I was encouraged by a friend to start this blog, well more like strongly forced to stop wasting my time on various forums and put my thoughts into one place. It’s been an interesting journey to say the least and couldn’t have been done without your guys support whether you like what I do or hate it. In some way shape or form you’ve helped influence this site.

A lot has changed in the direction I’ve gone with this site and I can’t say that it’s truly a bad thing. This site won’t be for everyone that’s perfectly fine, I’m not going to try and make everyone happy there’s other sites for that. When I started doing this I had no clue what direction I was truthfully going with it, but along the way a general theme of giving people another option to read compared to magazines, other blogs, and the typical forum topics developed. While there’s been insights into my life at times, I’ve never wanted to make this site truly about me and my life, cause lets face the facts as much as people  would like to believe I live some extraordinary life, it’s actually kind of boring.

So what does this anniversary mean? Well truthfully it means that for one year this site has been around giving reviews, technical information, snowboarding cultural satire, and general showcasing on issues most others wouldn’t touch. What does the next year hold? Well that’s for you guys to decide you’ve been the ones that have given direction to this project and helped turn it into what you see sitting on your screens in front of you.  To this day it never ceases to amaze me who is reading what I have to say, commenting, or showing general interest. So to all of you that have read what has been written on this site thank you again.

Now you’re probably noticing there’s some new features on this site. There’s still some quirks that will have to be worked out bare with us please. Most notable new feature is the tweet tag on the left side. This puts all my tweets into a forum format and makes it easier to respond to me and keep the flow of any conversations going. Next big thing is how categorized everything is, the last site while it served its purpose, sucked ass at putting everything into one place. This has been fixed that so now you can find reviews, previews, general ramblings, or what have you a lot easier. There is some method to the madness that makes sense to me, so if you’re not figuring it out you’ll get used to it.

  5. The logo was done by my friend Chris Damiani you can check his work out here http://damiani.carbonmade.com/ not really sure too much on the story I think it’s just a picture of him that he turned into that.

Sick site, Looks way more rad “going oldschool 90′s on my lingo” then the last one!. I think the picture is fitting, He’s an angry snowboarder and just got done riding a shitty product so now he’s going to break it.
